THE SOLUTION
We identified a range of issues with
the existing site - including problems
with ease of use, child friendliness,
trust issues and poor photography.
The inventory was also out of date

RESULT
Usability is the key to success and
we have made a bear as easy and obvious
as possible. Extra functionality has
also helped to demonstrate the products
more effectively (e.g. the sounds
for the voice boxes).
