Directors
David Gadd:
David is the CEO of ICO3 and has a background in social and market research. He has a unique mix of business, project management, IT and market research skills. He holds the diploma of the market research society
and has worked on a range of research projects in both the public and the private sectors. David also possesses good business skills. He has run ICO3 for over ten years and helped form the company in July 2001. He also has key IT
skills – and has a good understanding of Website Development, Promotion, Maintenance and Hosting issues.
Nicola Bonning:
Nicola is the managing director of the company and has been on the managment team since 2006. She has a background in public relations and has worked with and for a wide range of influential companies including
the football clothing manufacturer, Umbro UK Limited. Nicola worked as a bilingual PA to the Director of Licensing Operations in Europe and Asia, responsible for the administration of the Licensing Operations Department and
reported to the then Managing Director, Peter Kenyon, who moved from Umbro to become Chief Executive of Manchester United in 2000.
